With additional certifications in yin yoga and mindfulness meditation, Linda creates an uplifting, empowering space where you can move with intention, breathe with purpose, and cultivate lasting inner strength.

Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a small hand towel, and an open heart. Snatch an extra sweatshirt or even a cozy throw for savasana.
